Convert JPG to high resolution
Use the photo upscaler when a product shot or older digital photo is too small for a listing or presentation. Choose the camera file or original download instead of a screenshot or a copy compressed by a messaging app.
A free AI image upscaler for photos, anime and illustrations. Open a JPG or PNG, compare the preview, and save a PNG. Your images stay on your device.
Keep the preselected model, or choose another available model before opening your image. Then choose one JPG or PNG from your device.
Wait for the enlarged preview to appear automatically. Drag the slider to compare the original and the AI result.
Select Download upscaled image to save a PNG. Use the downloaded file's dimensions to check whether it meets your website or layout requirements.
Start with the best source file you still have. Different images benefit from different preparation and checks.

Start with a clean export of the drawing rather than a screenshot of a video player. Compare thin outlines and flat-color boundaries in the preview; these make smudging or unwanted halos easier to spot.
If you still have the vector artwork or editable design, export it at the size you need first. When only a small PNG remains, try enlarging that copy for a slide or layout.
Use the downloaded PNG's width and height in pixels to check a website or layout requirement. File size in MB measures storage, not usable image dimensions.
For a 1200-pixel-wide image slot, check that the saved file is at least 1200 pixels wide. If you crop it in an editor, check the dimensions again after cropping.
Large originals may be reduced before upscaling to fit your device's processing limits. If the saved result is smaller than you need, keep the original or try a device with more processing capacity.
Need an exact width and height? Resize or crop the saved PNG in an image editor. This tool does not offer custom output dimensions or a fixed 4K preset.
Yes. You can process and download images without an account, payment or added watermark. Process one image at a time.
A low-to-high resolution image converter can use simple resizing or AI. Simple resizing resamples existing pixels; AI also estimates edges and textures from learned patterns. Details may change rather than simply appear larger.
No. Your image is processed locally in your browser. An internet connection is needed to load the site and AI model files, but the selected image is not uploaded to a server.
It may smooth blocky edges and improve the appearance of low-resolution images. To unpixelate an image, start with the original file rather than an already enlarged copy. Severe motion blur, missed focus and unreadable text cannot be reliably recovered; keep the original if AI changes important details.
Start with the preselected model. If processing is too slow and smaller models are available, try one of those. To compare models, select Upscale another, choose a model and reopen the same original image. A larger model is not automatically better for every photo.
Open one JPG, JPEG or PNG and download the result as PNG. JPG output, WebP input and batch processing are not available. Transparent backgrounds are not guaranteed to be preserved; inspect the saved background before placing the image in a design.
You can try it in a current mobile browser and keep the page open while it works. Some devices select the model automatically. If the page reports an unsupported browser, update your browser and retry; if it still cannot run, try a desktop computer.
There is no separate 2x/4x switch. Most models use 2x; the output depends on the available model and your device, so 4x is not guaranteed. Large originals may be reduced first. If you need a specific size, check the downloaded PNG rather than relying on the panel's estimate.
Use the original file with the most detail. There is no need to convert a JPG to PNG before opening it: changing the format cannot undo earlier JPEG compression. The result is saved as PNG to avoid further JPEG compression when you download.
The first use needs to download model files, so check your internet connection if loading stalls. Close memory-heavy tabs and apps, then try a smaller copy of the image. If the preview still fails, reload the page and select the file again.
